Hello!! Whether you received a link to this blog from me, or you stumbled upon it yourself, I'm excited to tell you all about my services, add-ons and what to expect with Ollie & Friends Pet Sitting.
Time To Pet
In January of 2024 we switched our scheduling platform to Time To Pet. All of our customers will now have their very own Client Portal account on the system.
Using your Client Portal, you can now provide real-time updates to all of your pet information, your information as well as request future services, view all scheduled events, view your invoices, make payments, etc.
To activate your account, please visit https://www.timetopet.com/.../ollie.../create-account and enter your email address and click “Send Activation Email”. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
After logging in for the first time, please take a moment to review all of the information in the “Pets” section as well as the “My Info” section.
If any information needs to be updated, please take a moment to update the info as well.
If you have any questions about using the Portal, you can visit the Help Section (http://help.timetopet.com/collection/7-client-portal), or you can contact us directly.
You can also download the Time To Pet app and log in using your existing client portal login credentials.
In the app - you can update your information, view and send messages, request services, and much more. The app also supports push notifications if you’d like to receive notifications when we’ve sent you a new message; for our visit updates, etc.

While we work to configure details over the next several weeks I do please ask to NOT request services dating before December 20th, 2023. If you are needing services for before that time please contact Emily directly. Emily will be open to schedule M&G's for our new clients anytime moving forward once your account is created.
Meet & Greet
I value the importance of establishing a strong client / pet / pet sitter relationship from the beginning. This visit does exactly that! You will get to know us, and we will get acquainted with you, your pets, and their living environment! I also understand how important it is for your pet(s) to meet us in a comfortable, safe environment and establish trust with us, as we will be "busting" into their homes in the future to provide them care! This is also a great time to familiarize ourselves with their personalities, normal routines, where things are located, etc.
Please schedule your M&G within 2 weeks of your pets’ first scheduled service. The best times for approved M&G’s are late afternoons 4pm-6pm Monday-Thursday.

You can schedule your Meet & Greet via your Time To Pet client portal by going to the scheduling tab and selecting the service “Meet & Greet”.
Meet & Greets are required before other service requests will be approved.
Pet Sitting
Keeping your pet in the comfort of their own home is a game changer! And that's why I am here to help you out!! I will come visit your home several times throughout the day to take care of your pets, and you get to decide the schedule!
Our operation hours for Pet Sitting are from 6:00am - 10:00pm.
(Ex: If you schedule a visit, the latest option available will be 9:30.)
Sometimes I will need to use a triage method for scheduling- if your pet has bladder or bowel control issues, I will move around my evening and morning appointments to fit their special needs. Note that your pet might not get their visit exactly at the selected time- I will contact you before I make any changes to make sure you’re okay with the possible plan. (However, this does not happen often.)
If you are needing care during time outside of our normal hours, we do have "After Hours” add-ons available, but the service it is not guaranteed depending on our schedules. You will need to contact me for availability and for scheduling those visits.

Visits
Extended Visit
The Extended Visit offers additional time and a walk as part of the standard pet care routine. During each visit, tasks include letting your dog(s) out for a bathroom break, tidying up any messes, feedings and refilling water bowls according to instructions, litter box maintenance, providing cuddles, playtime, and up to a 15-minute walk upon request.
Duration: 30-40 Minutes (depending on our day-to-day availability)
Up to 4 dogs and/or 3 cats for original price.
Care/Duties: Bathroom break, tidying up, feedings, litter-box refresh, cuddles, play & a walk.
Price: $24
Regular Visit
The Regular Visit is ideal for everyone! It lasts for 20 minutes. During this visit, I will replenish food and water, take your dog(s) outside for bathroom breaks, and tidy up any accidents. For our feline companions, I will refill food and water and clean the litter box. Walks will depend on the pet sitter's availability; we will assess if a walk can be included in our tasks while ensuring ample time to connect with your pets.
Duration: 20 minutes
Up to 3 dogs and/or 3 cats for original price.
Care/Duties:
Dogs: Bathroom break, tidying up, feedings, refreshening water, cuddles, play time. (Walks are not guaranteed)
Cats/Exotics: Feedings, refreshing water, litter box maintenance.
Price: $16
Quick Visit
This visit is dedicated to our feline friends, involving feeding, refreshing water, maintaining the litter box, and providing some cuddles.
Starting in Fall 2023, we will also extend this service to our canine companions, specifically for a quick bathroom break, water top-up, and maybe some cuddles or playtime.
Duration: 10 minutes
Cats & Dogs
Care/Duties: Cats- everything, Dogs- potty break & water refresher, feedings can't be guaranteed for multi-dog households.
Price: $10
Dog Walking
Dog walking is a great option if you're needing someone to let your dog(s) out to use the bathroom and run off some extra energy, or if they're needing to lose some weight.
If you're needing daily/regular walks scheduled, I typically do these midday or whatever time is halfway through your "work day". This service is available all year long and my operation hours are sunrise-sundown. We do not offer walks in the dark; AM or PM.
If you are wanting to exchange a dog walk with a visit, keep in mind the dog walks only include- going into your home, prepping your dog(s) for their walk, walking them, insuring they have water available and leaving. The walk time starts once your dog is geared up and we’re heading out the door and ends once they’re back inside and harness/collar/leashes are off.
15 Minute Walk:
Ideal for giving your smaller breed or older dogs some fresh air, allowing them to use the bathroom and get their daily steps in!
Speaking from my own experience, I can confirm that a 15-minute walk each day can significantly impact any dog, regardless of breed or age, improving their attitude and behavior.
30 Minute Walk:
This option is suitable for any dog, regardless of age or size. Tailoring the pace to your dog's requirements, we can either go faster to expend excess energy or take it slow to enjoy the sun, fresh air, and explore enticing scents.
What happens during inclement weather?!
There is a lot to consider when it comes to bad weather... Rain, snow, freezing temperatures, heat & of course- wind... I will talk with you about what would work best for your pet! I have numerous enrichment games, or can play fetch non-stop for the duration of their normally scheduled walk!
In some instances, we'll find a protected area and explore!
We can also exchange the walk for a visit or cancel the walk, if need be, with no cancellation charge when due to weather or illness.
Add-Ons
I provide add-ons to most of my services. While this can get confusing, these give you the opportunity to adjust my services to fit your pet(s) individual needs.
Additional Pet(s):
Visits: For multi-dog households (3 or more dogs), I have pet add-ons, giving me the opportunity to spoil each and every one of your fur-family members! I take into account each and every pet, individually- giving them love and making sure their physical and mental health is in check!
Walks: If you have more than 1 dog that you'd like walked, each additional dog is $5 for the 15 minute walk & $10 for the 30 minute walk.
Walks:
I offer discounted 15 minute & 30 minute add-on walks to the Extended Visit if you'd like a longer walk & visit time during that visit! This ensures I have time to get the rest of my care duties done and can be attentive to your pet(s) needs.
Please note that the Extended Visit already includes a short walk ranging from 5-15 minutes depending on what else needs done during that visit time. I have a few client pets who love getting cuddled on the couch and also love going on longer walks throughout the day which would be the perfect scenario for this add on!
Travel:
Cost for out of town travel will change as fuel prices change. Expect anywhere from $10-$25 per visit/service if you live over 25 miles away, ~$5-10 per visit/service if you live in the county.
Medications:
Medication Administration: If your pet needs prescribed & time sensitive oral medications, this insures your pet will successfully ingest/receive them within your time frame.
To schedule this add-on, please pick your primary services & time ranges, and then note in the details sections “Pet A needs the following medications around these times, etc.” and I will manually enter the add on.
If you are an established client and your pet(s) medication(s) have remained the same, I usually know and will add it on! :)
After Hours:
To attend to pets requiring care late at night, overnight check-ins, or visits in the very early morning, we implement an after-hours fee and restrict these services to Quick Visits only.
A charge of $5 per visit is applied between 10:00pm-11:00pm and 5:00-6:00am.
For visits between 11:00pm-5:00am, an extra $10 per visit is charged.
Please note that the availability of these options may vary depending on our schedule's busyness; we cannot always guarantee their availability.
Holidays
There will be an additional charge per DAY for Holiday periods.
*Starting January 1st, 2023; prices have changed to PER DAY whether you have 1 quick visit or 6 visits:
$25/Day: Major Holiday/Holiday Weekends
$15/Day: Minor Holiday/Holiday Weekends
Major Holidays: New Years Eve & Day, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Minor Holidays: MLK JR. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Veterans Day.
Weekends are determined by the day the holiday falls on. For instance, the 4th of July Holiday of 2023, July 1st-2nd & the 4th will incur an extra $25 charge per day.
**There will be a 100% cancellation charge for any visits/walks scheduled on a Holiday, if cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time/day.

Now with Time To Pet you can make payments through your client portal via credit card! I also accept:

I require payment before or during my first visit/walk service, if you aren’t quite sure on your vacation timeline we just require 80% down before the first scheduled service then we can make changes once you are back home.
